Randy ortan follows a very much customizable diet plan , to maintain his physique.
He avoids eating junk food , eating junk food is a big no no. But he does have a little sweet cravings with some ice-cream occasionally.
Instead of Junk Food Randy eats sushi and lean protein in the form of chicken , fish , egg whites, cottage cheese and protein powder.
For his huge muscular body he takes around 250 grams of protein in a day.
As a fuel , Ortan relies on low fat bodybuilding staples mainly potatoes, brown rice , pancakes and oatmeal. He takes carbs for the extra energy.
Ortan avoids eating carbs after 8:00 pm at night and opts for high protein food like cottage cheese before bedtime to ensure all the nutrients they need to recover.
To improve metabolism randy classifies different food groups and eats his food Accordingly.
