Roman reigns (Leati Joseph Anoa’i)  born on May 25,1985 , is an American professional wrestler . former he is a professional Canadian Football player, and is a member of the Anoa family.  Further after few days of playing football,he choose to pursue his career in professional wrestling and he was signed by WWE in 2010. He is one of the  member of the shield in the month of NOV 2012 with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. He surely is one of the Fittest wrestlers. Let us look at Roman Reins Workout Routine.

After doing extensive workout for the Weekdays , Reigns has his last day of work out relatively light . He does Cardio on this day of the Week or on the Sixth day of his workout. He jogs and his workout this  day is a Super set of Abs , biceps and Triceps Exercises.

For a Huge body like Romans it is very much important to keep ones body loaded with proteins and calories . Roman prefers not to eat much before his workout, he likes to do exercise with a light stomach which is the best way for workout . Roman adds healthy meals like meat, chicken and steak which are a good source of protein.

He eats cooked vegetables for dinner along with rice and chicken.

Roman eats healthy most of the time but he has a special place for Junk Food , he doesn’t believe in cutting Junk food completely, once in awhile he make sure he eats his favorite food but makes sure that he burns the calories in the Gym the Next day.
